Description : Ability to prepare financial reports to pool participants and stakeholders
Experience in cash flow projection
Knowledge of principles, practices, and techniques in investment and cash management operations
Ability to review for accuracy prepared bank statements from various financial institutions to compute into department created spreadsheets for cross check verification.
Ability to reconcile monthly bank analysis reports, track investment purchases, sales and expenses and create and maintain investment spreadsheets
Ability to keep accurate records of various financial data transactions
Demonstrated ability to provide accurate calculations, records, reports and recommendations
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with those encountered in the course of work
Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment, comfortable dealing with ambiguity
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent problem-framing, problem solving and task management skills and ability to change direction quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Requirements : Investment Services Specialist I: Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related business degree.
Investment Services Specialist II: Two years of experience in investing large portfolios in a brokerage house or bank securities dealer or for an investment portfolio manager.
